  • I'm confused about after-school care, does St. David's have it? Do I have to pay for it?

    Our after-school program, Willows, sounds like just the place for you.

    It is $7/hour per child; failure to pick up a child past 6 PM will result in an extra charge of $1/minute

    Payments for Willows is charged through CuraCubby and will be included in the monthly charges of tuition

    Registration into Willows is free of charge for enrolled students

  • How can I pay for tuition? Can I come in to pay? Is it online? What are my options?

    You can, of course, come into the office to drop off a check, cash, or do a card payment but CuraCubby is our hub for all things financially charged.

  • My child is transitioning from Pre-K to Kindergarten, what's that process like?

    All rising Kindergarteners will take the Kindergarten Readiness Test and have an interview with our K/1 Homeroom Teacher. If not already enrolled in St. David's Preschool, then an application will be needed. You can find it in our Application page!

  • How often do I have to pay for tuition? (K-8)

    We have 3 different tuition payment plans which are as follows:

    *Note that this is for one (1) enrolled student in Saint David’s and on Plan 2 (30 Parent Hours)

    Once a year

    Full tuition payment

    5% discount is given

    Three times a year

    Payments due: Aug 5th, Dec 5, & March 5

    10 Month Payment

    Payments due 5th of every month from Aug- May

    Monthly payments must be made through Curacubby

  • How do I apply for Financial Aid? Is financial aid provided for St. David's?

    Yes, financial aid is provided here at St. David School.

    Both the FACE Application and Basic Fund Application are available for incoming or current families here at St. David’s.

    These forms are to be filled out online through the FACE and Basic Fund websites.

    If you are currently on the waitlist or have missed the application deadline, please contact the Front Office or Principal to discuss other possibilities concerning financial aid.

  • My child is a returning student, is there anything that I have to fill out?

    Yes, new Emergency and Disaster Forms and Tuition Contracts will need to be filled out every year in order to keep the most up to date information to protect your child.

  • Am I allowed to rent Rose Mello Hall for an event this year?

    Although we would love for you all to hold an event here in Rose Mello Hall, reservations are strictly for close friends and families of the parish. If you think that you’d apply for a hall rental, please contact Ms. Yesenia to work out details. ynajarramirez@csdo.org

  • Does Willows have specific hours?

    Yes. Willows’ hours for the 2023-2024 school year are as follows:

    Monday-Friday

    7:00 - 7:50 AM

    2:45 PM - 6:00 PM

    Minimum Days

    7:00 - 7:50 AM

    12:00 PM - 6:00 PM

    Willows will be closed for all school and major holidays.
